Job Description

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Aorta Laboratories’ pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and supporting the Company’s sales and market development objectives. The role requires effective field engagement, strong product knowledge, and ethical promotion practices aligned with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the Company’s medications to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct regular appointments with healthcare professionals to present product information and updates.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Aorta Laboratories’ product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and key benefits.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to encourage trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries generated through company initiatives or field activities.
  • Prepare and deliver effective product presentations and detailing sessions in line with approved marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor products, pricing, and market performance within the territory.
  • Stay informed about new developments in the medical and pharmaceutical field to support informed discussions and market positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of field visits, sales activities, and customer interactions as per company reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical promotion standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory) with willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
