Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostics, or allied industries.
- Prior exposure to B2B and/or B2C sales environments will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in coordinating with healthcare professionals, hospitals, laboratories, or pharmacies is desirable.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Sound understanding of sales and marketing principles, including field sales, channel marketing, and basic digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and interpret trends to support business decisions.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to present and promote multiple product and service offerings confidently.

Key Responsibility Area
- Promote the Company’s existing products and services while supporting the introduction of new offerings in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and other assigned stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly visit and performance targets as defined by the Company.
- Identify, generate, and convert qualified leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, digital channels, and social media outreach.
- Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity to support strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present product information, proposals, and marketing materials to clients and partners.
- Support pricing coordination, product positioning, and promotional planning in alignment with company guidelines.
- Handle client queries, objections, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Track and report sales activities, market feedback, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Participate in go-to-market activities, product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and technologies to strengthen market presence and business growth.
