Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sales or marketing, preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, diagnostics, or allied sectors.
  • Field sales experience and direct interaction with customers or healthcare stakeholders will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting and market documentation is desirable.

Skills Required

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a relationship-building approach.
  • Working knowledge of sales processes and basic marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, online lead generation, and social media platforms is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to understand and follow company policies, sales guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to listen, learn, and respond effectively to customer needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets.
  • Capability to present multiple products or services clearly and confidently.
  • Basic analytical skills for tracking performance and market feedback.

Key Responsibility Area

  • Support promotion of the Company’s existing products and services across assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular field visits to patients, doctors, hospitals, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, or other assigned stakeholders as per company targets.
  • Generate and follow up on qualified leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Assist in closing sales, membership plans, or service engagements and handle basic customer queries or objections.
  • Maintain regular contact with key clients to understand their needs and support relationship development.
  • Collect market intelligence related to customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
  • Assist in preparing sales documents, product information materials, and basic marketing collateral.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, conversions, and tie-ups for reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Identify potential new sales channels and opportunities and share insights with senior team members.
  • Provide basic product and application-related information to customers under guidance from senior staff.
