Job Description

The Social Media Marketing Professional will be responsible for managing and strengthening Aorta Laboratories’ digital presence across social media platforms. The role focuses on building brand awareness, improving audience engagement, and supporting business objectives through consistent, compliant, and data-driven social media initiatives.

This position involves planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining a cohesive social media strategy aligned with Aorta Laboratories’ brand values, healthcare positioning, and communication standards.

Key Responsibility Area

  • Conduct research on industry benchmarks, platform trends, and audience behavior to guide social media planning.
  • Identify consumer and healthcare communication trends to support effective campaign development.
  • Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute content calendars while actively nurturing online communities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Plan, create, and publish platform-specific content, ensuring consistency in brand voice and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative, Content, Video, Design, and Influencer Management) to finalize creative concepts and ensure timely execution.
  • Create, edit, publish, and distribute engaging content such as posts, visuals, videos, reels, and short-form updates.
  • Define measurable objectives and track campaign performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Execute paid social media promotions and manage allocated budgets for boosting content and PPC campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track competitor activity and analyze best practices in healthcare and consumer brand communication.
  • Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, tools, technologies, and digital marketing trends.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including their advertising tools, analytics, and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, basic SEO concepts, and content optimization techniques.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative content and campaign ideas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with content management, scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality text, image, and video-based content.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant undergraduate qualification from a recognized institution in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business, or a related field.
